Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and most arrive within 2-8 business days of processing.

Please note that delivery to rural locations may take a little longer. You can keep updated on your order by monitoring the provided tracking link, or by Contacting Us

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum order value.

I ordered multiple products and only some arrived!

We do our best to ship all products in one shipment. However, since some of our products are stored in different locations it's sometimes easiest to send them out separately.

You'll notice that different products have different tracking numbers in your email, and you can use these to keep track of each order individually.

Store & Operations

Where are you based?

We are an online-only store at the moment, and don't have a physical storefront.

For operations, our HQ is 20 Newman St Mortdale NSW 2223, and our return address is PO Box 39 Mortdale NSW 2223.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment including credit card and Paypal.

What's your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy which covers you if your product arrives not as described, broken, or if it never arrives. Refunds do not apply after 14 days have passed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
